hime-dbg software package provides GTK+ based input method for Chinese users - debug files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hime-dbg
hime-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hime-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hime-dbg *
You will get with hime-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
